All buildings will be supplied as standard (as shown on the website) unless otherwise specified on the order, and the appropriate charge (if applicable) paid.

A level and solid base must be prepared before delivery; this should be clearly marked to indicate the window and door positions. If in the opinion of our erectors the base is not suitable, the building will be left for self erection, or a charge made for us to return to erect. It will be left to our discretion whether to leave the building on site or return it to the factory. We will not be responsible for the building once it has been left on your property.

Please ensure there is reasonable and clear access to the base area as there may be problems fitting some panels through a restricted access ie doorways, garages, archways, passageways etc. Please note our staff are not insured to take panels over high fences, hedges, garages, extensions etc. Where this is the only access available special arrangements must be made with us prior to delivery.

Panels are very heavy and cumbersome and it is difficult for our erection teams to avoid obstacles (patio planters, garden furniture, lights, etc) whilst carrying panels. We therefore request customers to remove or protect such items which otherwise may be damaged as we cannot be held responsible.

It is not normally possible to give a delivery date at the time of order. Once payment has been made we will send you a letter advising you of the date we can deliver your building. Please tear off the slip and return to us as soon as possible to confirm the delivery date is acceptable. However, occasionally, we may be able to offer a delivery date which does not allow sufficient time to post out this advice to you. In this case arrangements will be made with you by telephone. We will not just turn up without prior notification. Once you have agreed to take delivery on a given date, it may not be possible to change the delivery date.

The company will use its best endeavours to try to keep to delivery dates quoted but these may be subject to strikes, lockouts, shortages of labour and materials, breakdown of machinery and vehicles, inclement weather, traffic problems etc. We reserve the right to amend these as deemed necessary. Notification of change of delivery will be made whenever possible.

Due to unforeseen circumstances (shortages/breakages etc) it is occasionally not possible for us to complete the erection of the building on the allocated delivery date and may be necessary for us to return at a later date to do so.

All buildings must be given a further application of preservative, as soon after delivery as possible. This should be repeated on an annual basis.

Our buildings will withstand normal weather conditions. However, we cannot accept responsibility for damage occurring as a result of adverse weather conditions. We recommend to prevent damage in such conditions that buildings be anchored to the base/ground. This work is not carried out by ourselves. It is recommended that heavy snow fall be removed from the roof as this can be a considerable weight.

All buildings remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full. We reserve the right to come onto your property to retrieve our goods should payment be withheld.

We regret all deposits are non-returnable.

We kindly ask customers to advise us of any problems in writing quoting the necessary invoice and order details.

We reserve the right to alter the specification as the need arises.

All shutters on our buildings are for decorative purposes only and are not actual working shutters. With the exception of Bumble Bee Cottage dormers are dummies and are not accessible.

PLAYDENS - Stable doors on playhouses are dummies for safety purposes. Due to the nature of their construction playdens are not recommended for children under 3 years and playdens with bunks not suitable for children under 7 years. Parental discretion and supervision is recommended at all times. Playdens to be used in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
